Weeks are considered 6 full days and nights, allowing us 1 full day to prepare for the following week’s guests. Bookings of two or more continuous weeks get 7th day free and does include laundry service for linens and towels.

Due to the wear and tear that pets have had on the Lodge’s hardwood flooring we are NO LONGER ALLOWING PETS inside the house. Hunting dogs may be kept in garage. Hunting dogs are ONLY allowed in garage and not inside of the Lodge.
Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will not be charged for. Cancellations less than 30 days, but greater than 1 week will be charged against your Credit Card at 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be billed at the full rate unless we find another group to fill the vacancy. As we appreciate your business and want you to return year after year, we will do all we can to work with our clients in these situations.
Your unit is furnished complete with towels and linens. You need only bring clothes suitable for the weather, food, water gear and boat, etc. During your stay, no maid service is provided. You may do your laundry as necessary, and we expect you to keep your cabin in reasonable condition during your stay. Our maid service will clean it thoroughly after your check out and prior to the arrival of the next party. It is imperative that you are ready to depart at checkout time.

You will need to provide us with a credit card that is capable of reserving the room rate plus a deposit equal to the room rate. As we provide you with the best of amenities, we must take a deposit sufficient to protect our property. The rental lodge is inventoried at the beginning and end of each stay to ensure that all property of the Lodge remains with the building. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed against the deposit, as well as for missing merchandise.
